ELECTROSUB Conference and Fair is a professional business forum for innovative products, services and technologies in the spirit of Industry4.0. The 6th edition will be held in 2025.
The conference and exhibition are in close symbiosis. The two pillars reinforce and complement each other, offering a complex professional and business event where experts can meet face-to-face, make networking, build business relationships, gain new professional knowledge and explore opportunities for cooperation.

Registration is compulsory for the event. Entry is free of charge with pre-registration or by invitation. Electrosub 2024 welcomed around 1,000 trade visitors, after registration data 80% of visitors are first decision-makers or involved in company decision-making.

Conference
The conference takes place directly next to the exhibition space. The presentations will focus on innovative technologies, products and services presented at the exhibition. Professional consultations will be available at the stands, not only during the coffee breaks, but throughout the event.
In 2024, the conference featured 24 presentations and 3 panel discussions.
The opening keynote was delivered by Dr Charaf Hassan, rector of Technical University of Budapest
Exhibition
The exhibition consists of classic, constructed shell scheme stands. There are two types of stands to choose from, the 6m2 ECO stand, which is mainly recommended for small businesses, and the standard stand, which can be requested according to size. Participation is simple and cost-effective. The packages include space fee, stand construction and electrical connection.
Participation is possible as sponsor or exhibitor, sponsors are also exhibitors. The sponsorship packages include the opportunity to present at the conference and additional promotions.

In 2024, 50 companies from 5 countries exhibited at the show.

All companies, institutions and organisations interested in producing products based on technical solutions in the industries covered by the event’s profile, whether as designers, researchers, developers, manufacturers, service providers, trainers, traders or in any other way, regardless of the end-use of the products.

Visitor campaign
Visitors will be reached through a comprehensive campaign. Advertisements in trade magazines, newsletters to a DM list of 5500 Hungarian and 1500 foreign addresses, media, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google campaigns. Invitations from professional sponsors and visitor groups, chambers, educational institutions.
Furthermore, sponsors and exhibitors have the possibility to invite their partners free of charge. They can make their invitations in unlimited numbers and occasions.
